Please, download the EULA file and read it thoroughly. This license can be downloaded here.

IMPORTANT: Only a person with a permanent position can sign the EULA. Access to MSC and PhD students is possible if their supervisor signs the EULA and add them as "people with access".

Once filled, you can submit it here. You will receive a username and password via email to download the dataset.
